Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: Demo, configuration, testing, go live, and post-go-live support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during on boarding and implementation.
• Conduct on boarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and functional training for client users (virtual and/or on-site as required).
• Log and track customer issues using internal ticketing systems and follow defined escalation processes.
• Manage multiple implementation projects in parallel.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Finance & Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Project workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Required Qualifications    

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Commerce.     
• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS Implementation.
