Description

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening and placement of manpower
  • Maintains and updates personnel 201 files and records
  • Timely and accurate processing of timekeeping documents for payroll preparation
  • Prepares the Performance Evaluation Form and needed attachment
  • Timely address concerns of employees assigned to all distribution centers
  • Assists in handling labor related issues and assures uniform application of corrective consultation and “due process” procedure.
  • Conducts quarterly audit of personnel 201 file
  • Audit payroll entries per payroll cut-off
  • Keeps track and record personnel movements such as regularization, promotions, transfers, resignation and termination; implementation of corresponding adjustments, merit increases and others
  • In-charge to all employee engagement and company activities
  • Prepares memorandum and cascade to all employee
  • Ensures HR policies and procedures are aligned and implemented
  • Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment process


Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Experience in a retail industry is preferred
  • Willing to work full onsite in S&R Libis from Monday to Saturday
