An HR Assistant (Deployment) manages the end-to-end

deployment of newly hired employees. He/she bridges the gap between onboarding

and site assignment by coordinating schedules, managing pre-employment

requirements and ensuring smooth placement into client sites or branch

locations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the smooth transfer and placement of employees to their designated work sites, branches, or client locations
• Ensure all onboarded hires have completed necessary medical, legal, and company-specific documentation before deploying
• Update the 201 files and maintain accurate deployment databases, contracts, and assignment tracking
• Assist with new hire orientation and ensure deployed staff understand site-specific policies
• Employee engagement
• Perform other HR/Admin tasks that may be assigned from time to time (e.g. recruitment; documentation, etc)

Job Requirements

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Sciences or any related courses
• Male/Female
• Computer
• Literate (MS Applications)
• With good communication skills both English and Filipino
• With knowledge in sourcing/recruitment/deployment process is an advantage
• Experience in the same field is an advantage
• Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision
• Team player, flexible and can-do multi-tasking
