What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in HR or related administrative functions
• Knowledge of HR processes, employee documentation, and government-mandated benefits such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth
• Familiarity with payroll, timekeeping, leave administration, and employee records
• Good understanding of DOLE rules and basic labor standards
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025 is an advantage
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets
• Proactive, reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple HR tasks and deadlines
• Willing to learn and take on other HR-related responsibilities as needed

What You’ll Do

•      Assist in recruitment and staffing to meet the manpower requirements of the Company, including scheduling interviews.
• Ensure proper documentation of personnel movements and maintain an updated HR Masterlist.
• Prepare and serve Job Offers and Employment Contract.
• Prepare employee IDs and conduct new hire orientation, ensuring completion of required employment, government benefits, and payroll/bank enrollment forms.
• Monitor employee leave and attendance, prepare necessary memos, and ensure accurate and timely timekeeping and payroll.
• Maintain and update employee 201 files while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
• Process Pag-IBIG, SSS, and PhilHealth contributions and loans, including loan monitoring, eGov uploads, and monthly statutory reports.
• Process HMO payment requests and assist in maintaining accurate HMO records.
• Process Sickness Benefits, Maternity Benefits, and other employee benefits as needed.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and assist in addressing employee concerns, inquiries, and requests.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and maintain HR documentation needed for audits.
• Perform other HR-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
