Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Support the HR team in implementing policies and procedures
- Coordinate training sessions and employee onboarding
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
