1. Processes manpower requirements (i.e. hiring, recruitment, etc.)
2. Source out qualified candidates, conduct background checking and assists applicants when complying with requirements.
3. Enrolls new employee in Biometrics system on as in need basis.
4. Maintains 201 files of employees ensuring the presence of required personal information and documents (i.e. employment record, training record, medical record, job description, etc.)
5. Addressing and answering questions and queries from any employee regarding their position, salary, promotions, or benefits.
6. Maintaining an updated database of all employees’ information and documentation.
7. Submission of biometrics to Head Office every Friday for partial time keeping.
8. Responsible for time keeping
9. Maintains systematic filling of HR and Administrative correspondences/documents.
10. Prepare admin forms for different departments, (Overtime, Travel Authority, VL/SL, Change Schedule, etc.)
11. Responsible for monitoring performance evaluation for 1.5 months, 3 months & 4.5 months of Probationary employees
12. Process of general services for social security System, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, and other employee’s benefits and privileges.
13. Monitoring of vacation leave and sick leave balances
14. Reconciliation of monthly manning reports for billing purposes.
15. Process of general services for social security system.
16. Process annual uniform request, medicine request and annual medical physical examination.
17. Prepares memo based on the absenteeism and tardiness report
18. Conduct administrative hearing
19. Prepare and submit performance reports
20. Assisting with maintaining grievance and employee records
21. Annual reporting of employees to DOLE
22. Semi-Annual reporting of employee to DOLE
23. Conducts orientation for newly hired employees
24. Prepare the documents for DOLE inspection
25. Attend hearing (if with case)
26. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
27. Conduct exit interviews
28. Scan 201 files, quitclaim & voucher of resigned employee
29. Handles preparation of purchase request (PR) of cleaning office supplies for administrative department
30. Assisting with internal event organization and coordination, including recreational events and training activities that may arise
31. Manages safety and ensures Strick implementation of the administrative policies and regulations
32. In charge of managing, monitoring and preparing necessary documents pertaining to petty cash fund
33. Prepares and facilitate company activities, seminars and training
34. Perform other tasks assigned by the management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate, preferably BS Psychology or BSBM major in HR Management
• With at least 1 year experience in Human Resource
• Excellent communication skills, computer skills and planning
