Description

  • Perform clerical functions such as answering phone calls, scanning documents. Ensures that all the necessary paper work is filed and that applicant forms are completed and processed.
  • Schedules interview with applicants and interviewers, creating calendars, sending interview confirmation and reconciling interview cancellations.
  • Process background checks to verify applicant information and ensure that the minimum hiring requirements are met.
  • Administrative tasks like recording information, processing documents, and communicating with applicants
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Backtracks applicants thru recruitment email, if needed.
  • Performs other related functions assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Should be residing at Quezon City


Requirement

  1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management or any 4 yr course
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. With at least 1 yr work experience as HR Staff
  4. 25-30
