Assist with recruitment and interview processes within the fast-paced construction & engineering industry for TEMPWELL COMPANY.
Coordinate and deliver employee orientations, training, and development programs.
Manage HR records, including contracts, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
Act as a liaison between employees and management to address queries and concerns.
Implement and administer employee policies.
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
Offer proactive recruiting assistance.
Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field.
Experience Level:
1-3 years of experience in an HR role, with a proven track record in handling HR responsibilities.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong skills in recruiting, employee relations, payroll, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
Effective people management abilities.
Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases.
