Description

Employee Engagement & Relations:

• Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.

• Conduct re-orientation sessions for existing employees, especially for Supervisors and Team Leaders, to promote adherence to the Employee Code of Conduct Policy.

• Manage all Employee Relations cases, including documentation and monitoring.

• Coordinate DOLE/NLRC conciliation conferences and prepare necessary documentation.


Compensation and Benefits:

• Support transactional and operational responsibilities within C&B.

• Assist employees and managers with their requests and provide timely information.

• Ensure high standards in processing C&B-related documents, such as promotion letters and termination certificates.

• Monitor HMO and Group Life Insurance enrollments and claims.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-7 years in HR roles, specializing in compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in payroll, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong onboarding/offboarding experience.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee compensation and benefits, facilitate employee relations, manage payroll processes, and support onboarding/offboarding activities.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with standard working hours, potential flexibility needed during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and an empathetic approach to employee welfare.
