Description

SPTR Workforce Solutions Inc. is a leading player in the Human Resources and Recruitment industry, dedicated to providing top-notch HR services and talent acquisition solutions. We are seeking an HR Specialist/Assistant to support our team in various HR functions.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee benefit programs and provide support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, proficiency in HR software, and knowledge of employment laws.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, maintain records, and support HR initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, collaborative team setting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
