Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking HR Generalist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in payroll processing and DOLE compliance.
• Process and manage payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and labor laws.
• Handle HR tasks like employee records, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Support employee relations and address workplace concerns.
• Help implement HR policies and procedures.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of payroll and DOLE compliance.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Must be based in Gapan City or nearby areas, or willing to relocate.
