We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to oversee core HR functions, drive talent acquisition, and

strengthen employee engagement across our team.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and

interviewing candidates to finalizing job offers.

• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and management, resolving internal grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture. 

• Policy Implementation: Implement, update, and enforce company policies to ensure alignment with current Philippine labor standards. 

• Performance Management: Coordinate annual performance review cycles and support managers with employee development plans. 

• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the administration of government-mandated benefits, healthcare plans (HMO), and payroll processing queries.

Must be a graduate of AB or BS

Psychology , Human Resource Management or Behavioral Science

• 2–4 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional interpersonal skill with the ability to manage conflict resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
