Description
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
- Help organize and administer employee benefit programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
