Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Administer employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Assist in performance management and other HR programs
