Requirements

  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong expertise in employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent training and development abilities, with a focus on workforce enhancement.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in human resource planning with practical leadership skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
