Description

  • Contribute to Ace Outsource Solutions' fast-paced BPO & Call Center industry by managing HR policies.
  • Handle recruitment processes, staff training and development activities.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain employee relations.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns.
  • Pioneer initiatives that reinforce our dynamic company culture and values.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Level:

- 3-5 years of experience working in HR roles.

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS)

.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- In-depth understanding of employee relations.

- Knowledgeable in compensation and benefits structures.

- Ability to coach and mentor employees.

- Exceptional talent acquisition and recruitment skills.

- Experience in training and development.

- Strategic in human resource planning.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Implement and administer employee policies.

- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues.

- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.

- Offer proactive recruiting assistance.

- Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.

- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures.

- Prepare termination and severance letters.

- Train and provide support to HR team members.
