Description

  • Performance Evaluation Management: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s performance evaluation system.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Ensure timely communication and reminders to employees and heads regarding upcoming evaluations. Work closely with department heads to schedule performance appraisals in accordance with company timelines.
  • Dissemination of Performance Evaluation Form: Provide training and guidance on how to use these tools effectively.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to managers and employees on how to conduct fair, consistent, and constructive evaluations.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Collect and consolidate performance evaluation data from various departments. Maintain and update employee records related to performance reviews, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Employee Relations Management: Assist in resolving employee issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Facilitate communication between employees and management to prevent misunderstandings and promote transparency.
  • Handling Employee Grievances: Receive, document, and investigate employee complaints or grievances.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Manage disciplinary procedures in line with company policies and labor regulations. Conduct investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies. Ensure that disciplinary actions are documented, fair, consistent, and compliant with legal guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and recommend improvements to the performance management process and other employee engagement activities.

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR roles, particularly in performance management, employee and labor relations is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws in the Philippines.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
