About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic team at IBCOM KITCHEN EQUIPMENT (MANILA) INC. in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be a key member of our Human Resources department, responsible for supporting the overall HR functions and contributing to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Handling the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
• Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Coordinating employee benefits, training and development programs
• Providing HR support and advice to managers and employees
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives to drive organisational growth and development

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or F&B industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing practical solutions
• Passionate about employee engagement and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
