Description

Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes at One 77 Ventures Development Corporation and its affiliates
Manage employee records and documentation
Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
Facilitate staff development and training initiatives.
Address employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
Administer benefits and payroll in coordination with finance teams.
Contribute to organizational culture and employee engagement strategies.
Work Location: Letre, Malabon.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of proven experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software, understanding of labor laws, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Conducting recruitment efforts; preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs; maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Working Conditions: Office setting, full-time position, occasional travel for recruitment fairs and meetings may be required.
Qualities and Traits: High emotional intelligence, ethical conduct, strong leadership qualities, detail-oriented, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
