Calling all HR professionals! We are in search of HR Officers who can contribute to ensuring effective HR support within a specific project site.

As HR Officer, you will oversee timekeeping, recruitment, expenses, employee well-being, supply management, and performance evaluation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• With at least one (1) year of proven experience in HR-related roles in the same capacity. 
• Deployment to South Caloocan project site *accommodations are provided in the form of a staff house*
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills to manage tasks effectively under changing demands and deadlines.
• Supervises all works and operations being done within their control.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
