- End-to- end Recruitment and selection
- Performance Management
- Timekeeping and Payroll
- Knowledge of statutory process benefits (Government contributions)
- Disciplinary procedures
- Labor Laws
- Processing of the renewals of business permits, expat visas, and other administrative work.
Requirements
- College graduate
- With at least 3 to 5 years of working experience
- Know how to counsel, motivate, evaluate and handle people
- Familiar in manufacturing operation set-up
- With strong sense of responsibility
- Willing to work in Filinvest Technology Park, Brgy. Punta, Calamba, Laguna
