• Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the HR Manager to execute high-impact strategic initiatives.
• Comprehensive Scope: Oversee all core HR facets, from talent development to employee relations and compliance.

• Policy & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with labor standards and ensure consistent application of company policies across the organization.
• Administration: Supervise HR administrative workflows and data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Leadership: Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, sound decision-making capabilities, and a deep understanding of local labor laws
