JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or any related courses.
• At least 2 years of experience in Supervisory role
• Experience in Employee/Labor Relations and has experience in DOLE SENA/NLRC conferences; must also have some knowledge in Performance Management, Org Dev't, Compensation Benefits and Training.
• Willing to attend face to face interview
• Can start as soon as possible is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee employee and labor relations, handling employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, and workplace disputes.
• Manage and represent the company during DOLE SENA and NLRC conferences, including preparation of required documents and coordination with concerned parties.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company HR policies.
• Develop and implement performance management programs, including performance evaluations, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
• Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance with company policies.
• Identify employee development needs and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
