HR Head in Navotas upto 180k

Responsible for leading the HR function across the group, partnering with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals while overseeing end-to-end HR operations. The role requires strong HR business partnering, generalist HR expertise, and proven team leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing or similar multi-site, diverse workforce environments.

Requirements

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Strong HR generalist and HRBP experience
• Proven HR leadership experience
• Manufacturing or large workforce background preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities :

• HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement group HR strategy aligned with business goals; advise senior leadership; support organizational design and workforce planning.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment strategy and execution; build local and international talent pipelines; manage seasonal and operational workforce planning.
• Employee & Industrial Relations: Ensure labor law compliance; manage employee relations cases; strengthen engagement, safety culture, and retention across operations.
• Learning, Development & Succession: Design training pathways; lead succession planning; ensure compliance training and leadership development programs are in place.
• Compensation & Payroll: Align compensation and benefits with group standards; oversee payroll compliance; support annual salary and reward reviews.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with regulations; maintain HR governance and documentation; deliver HR metrics and reports for leadership review.
