- Oversee and manage daily HR operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Handle employee relations and address workplace issues effectively.
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs for employees.
- Conduct training sessions and coaching to enhance employee performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in HR roles
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in recruiting, HRIS, employee relations, and payroll
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, coaching ability, and strong presentation skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Effective talent management and retention strategies, and human resource planning
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work flexibility
