Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR management or supervisory roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills; proficiency in HRIS software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee HR functions, manage employee relations, recruit new talent, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, empathetic, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
