Description
- Manages the talent acquisition process of qualified job applicants
- Ensures that all statutory is remitted timely
- Develop and implement timely performance evaluations.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Creates learning and development programs for employees
Requirements
- -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- -years of experience in HR generalist role
- -Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- -Proficiency in HRIS systems
- -Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- -Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
