Description
- Lead and develop HR strategies aligned with Jammas Inc.'s objectives in the HR & Recruitment industry.
- Manage recruitment efforts, ensuring top talent acquisition and retention.
- Implement effective onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
- Oversee employee relations and address grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure legal compliance and updates on employment legislation.
- Provide strategic decision-making support through HR metrics and data analysis.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Supervisor, with a solid track record in HR practices and employee management.
- Skills and Competencies: understanding of labor laws, excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; adept in strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment and hiring process, manage employee relations, conduct performance evaluations, develop HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and oversee training and development programs.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours; may require overtime and travel for recruitment events and training.
- Qualities and Traits: Exceptional leadership qualities, ethical conduct, and cultural awareness, with a strong ability to influence and engage a diverse workforce.
