Description

  • Lead and develop HR strategies aligned with Jammas Inc.'s objectives in the HR & Recruitment industry.
  • Manage recruitment efforts, ensuring top talent acquisition and retention.
  • Implement effective onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
  • Oversee employee relations and address grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure legal compliance and updates on employment legislation.
  • Provide strategic decision-making support through HR metrics and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Supervisor, with a solid track record in HR practices and employee management.
  • Skills and Competencies: understanding of labor laws, excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; adept in strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment and hiring process, manage employee relations, conduct performance evaluations, develop HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and oversee training and development programs.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours; may require overtime and travel for recruitment events and training.
  • Qualities and Traits: Exceptional leadership qualities, ethical conduct, and cultural awareness, with a strong ability to influence and engage a diverse workforce.
