Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Supervising all HR activities, communication, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team.

·        Enforcing management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures.

·        Suggesting changes in handbook, policies and procedures based on employee and company needs.

·        Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures.

·        Assessing reports provided by the HR team, team leaders, supervisors and managers to determine employee performance and training needs.

·        Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers for reports and updates.

·        Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.

·        Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.

·        Keeping up to date with regards to compensation standards set by the governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administration of employee benefits.

·        Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource policies and requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records and representing the organization at hearings.

·        Overseeing exit interviews and procedures of resigning employees.

·        Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

·        Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

·        Graduate of Human Resource, Psychology or any 4-year related course.

·        With more than 5 years work related experience.

·        Excellent leadership, training and development skills.

·        Strong decision-making skills.

·        Time management and organizational skills.

·        Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concepts with regards to HR processes.

·        Working knowledge on Philippine labor laws.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Proficient in the use of computer, especially Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
