Recruitment Support: Help coordinate recruitment processes and maintain candidate databases.
HR Records Support: Aid in maintaining accurate employee records and databases, by assisting in building the digital 201 bank and organizing original folders.
Employee Relations Support: Assist in needed documents and/or files to answer inquiries and concerns.

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree; further studies in Human Resources or related field required.
Experience Level: Open to students with no previous work experience necessary.
Skills and Competencies: Must be computer literate, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, detailed oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in daily HR tasks, support recruitment processes, help organize employee records, and participate in organizing company events.
