Description
Develop and implement the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies, including career development programs, engagement initiatives, and recognition and rewards programs.
Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances and disputes, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Lead the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and coaching managers and employees on effective performance management practices.
Develop and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, and compliance with all applicable HR policies and procedures.
Partner with business leaders to understand business needs and develop HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives.
Provide coaching and development to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
Experience in a real estate or consulting environment preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR staff.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies and programs.
