Job Description
Description
- Reports directly to the President & General Manager.
- Handles Personnel Policies & Procedure, End to end Recruitment, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement and Timekeeping & Payroll Management.
- Managing and conducting New Hire Orientation and Office Tours to brief New Hires with the facilities, services, rules, and regulations.
- To document performance, career records and employee evaluation.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Maintain employee files and records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- At least 1 year to 2 years experience being an HR Generalist
- On-Site
- Monday to Friday
