• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and maintain up-to-date employee records
• Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations and development plans
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and support organizational goals

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any Business related courses

• At least with 2 years experience as HR Generalist

• With extensive experience in Recruitment,Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits

• Willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna

• Can start immediately
