Handle recruitment processes, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding
Support HR-related inquiries and establish best practices
Assist in the implementation of learning and development initiatives of the company
Conducts competency, and performance evaluation as part of the Training Needs Analysis and employee development initiatives

Stay abreast of trends and practices within the Business Service industry

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in human resources or personnel management.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS, strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of labor laws and regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities and Duties: Recruitment and staffing, training, performance management, employee relations, maintaining HR records, and compliance with laws.
Working Conditions: Office setting, occasional travel may be required, must be able to handle confidential information.
