Description

  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a harmonious work environment in line with Scoutstaff Inc.'s culture.
  • Develop and implement HR policies to foster a positive employer-employee relationship.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in the dynamic field of Human Resources & Recruitment.
  • Facilitate employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in employee relations or related Human Resources role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in employee relations, human resource planning, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Addressing employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and implementing HR policies that comply with legal requirements.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with occasional requirements to travel to meet employees or attend workshops.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, ethical, confidential with a proactive approach to resolving workplace issues.
