Description

  • Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment within Helpro Multipurpose Cooperative.
  • Address grievances, conduct investigations to resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Advise management on policies affecting employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Oversee dispute resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Organize engagement activities and staff welfare programs.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience Level: At least 3 years of proven experience in an Employee Relations or HR role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations; proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office; solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, provide guidance on policies and procedures, assist with performance management, and promote a healthy workplace culture.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, occasionally required to work outside of standard hours for urgent cases.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic, ethical, resilient, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
