Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment within Helpro Multipurpose Cooperative.
Address grievances, conduct investigations to resolve conflicts.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Advise management on policies affecting employee satisfaction and productivity.
Oversee dispute resolution and disciplinary processes.
Organize engagement activities and staff welfare programs.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience Level: At least 3 years of proven experience in an Employee Relations or HR role.
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations; proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office; solid negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, provide guidance on policies and procedures, assist with performance management, and promote a healthy workplace culture.
Working Conditions: Office environment, occasionally required to work outside of standard hours for urgent cases.
