Plans and conducts HR and operational documentation and compliance audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.

Determine compliance with selected policies, procedures, and regulations.

Make written recommendations to the HR management and process owners to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness of the HR related control systems of functions reviewed.

• A minimum of 10 to 12 years previous HR experience, benefits, and labor laws
• Solid understanding and practical application of Philippine Labor Law
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and high level of honesty and integrity
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and leadership.
