Description

The HR and Admin Assistant will assist in various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administration tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including managing office supplies and scheduling meetings.
  • Provide support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to promote a positive workplace culture.

Requirement

  • Must be a graduate of HR, Psychology or related field & 
  • Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
  • With atleast 2 yrs of experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits administration and recreation activities.
