  • Provide administrative support for efficient office operation within the real estate and property management industry.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position; less than 1 year of experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR and accounting software, excellent communication, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, support payroll processing, and ensure financial records compliance.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
