Job Responsibilities:
-Handle employee relations concerns, queries, and disciplinary cases
-Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures
-Prepare and maintain HR documentation (NTE, memos, incident reports, etc.)
-Coordinate with different departments regarding employee issues
-Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
-With experience in Employee Relations is an advantage
-Knowledgeable in labor laws and disciplinary processes
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Detail-oriented and highly organized
-Can handle sensitive and confidential information
