Description

Ferreras Pyrotech Solutions, a leader in the Construction & Engineering industry, is seeking an experienced HR Administrator. You'll play a critical role in:

  • Managing recruitment processes & employee onboarding.
  • Maintaining personnel records & HR systems.
  • Assisting with payroll & benefits administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws & regulations.
  • with knowledge in DOLE compliance report
  • Supporting employee relations & performance management tasks.


Responsibilities and Duties:

- Administering HR policies and procedures

- Managing recruitment processes and employee relations

- Facilitating staff training and development

- Overseeing employee benefits and payroll

- Conducting performance appraisals and reviews

- Operating as a liaison between management and staff

- Enhancing job satisfaction through resolving issues and positive communication

- Implementing strategic HR changes to improve operations


Working Conditions:

- Office setting with opportunities for remote work flexibility

- Standard working hours with occasional overtime for project deadlines

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field


Experience Level:

- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a similar administrative role


Skills and Competencies:

- Strong sales and research abilities

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Proficient in time management and presentation

- Demonstrated negotiation and team management capabilities

- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments

- Proficient in Canva, HR Partner software, and social media platforms

- Experience with promotions and knowledge of communication strategies

- Stellar organizational and interpersonal skills

- Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- High adaptability to dynamic work environments

- Exceptional writing skills for clear communication

- Understanding of pricing and costing in relation to business operations
