Description

Position: HR & Admin Assistant

Department: Human Resources

Job Level: Rank & File

Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

Support the HR Manager and department by managing personnel files, drafting correspondence, posting job ads, updating the HR database, and processing employee requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Post job openings on job portals and social media.
  • Source and screen candidates for various roles.
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
  • Handle pre-employment requirements and process job offers.

Employee Onboarding:

  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate orientation, contract signing, and uniform issuance.

Records Management:

  • Maintain and update employee records.

Payroll & Timekeeping:

  • Process payroll and timekeeping for employees.
  • Manage employee requests related to overtime, loans, and leaves.

Benefits & Compliance:

  • Handle SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
  • Prepare incident reports and manage employee relations.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Assist with inventory management and supply requests.


Requirements

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS is a plus.
