- Manage court reservations, bookings, and customer check-ins/check-outs.
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Ensure all courts and facilities are clean, organized, and fully prepared before each booking turnover.
- Oversee daily operations and assist in supervising staff in the absence of the Operations Manager.
- Monitor and enforce facility rules and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Handle cash, process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Encode bookings, customer information, sales, and daily operational reports using the POS and reservation system.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies, court equipment, and retail items, and report shortages when necessary.
- Coordinate with court attendants, housekeeping, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management.
