RESPONSIBILITIES:

Personal Shopping Services:

• Greet VIP clients upon arrival and inquire about their shopping needs.
• Input transaction details into the JC Kiosk and escort VIPs to the VIP room.
• Present the JC VIP menu for food and beverages options.
• Facilitate order placement and coordinate payment processes, including cash, card, QR, and online payments.
• Manage product release and delivery options, ensuring items are either brought to the VIPS car or arranged for delivery.

Food ordering:

• Present the exclusive JC VIP menu, offering a selection from partners like Siomai King, Noodle House, Potato King, Boy Bondat, and Coffee but Butter.
• Relay food orders to the Team Leaders of food carts and coordinate with the food cart crew for timely delivery.
• Manage payment for food orders, including cash, QR code payments, and online transactions.
• Assist with additional food requests outside the JC menu by using food delivery applications.

Valet Parking:

• Welcome VIP clients to the parking lot and handle car keys for valet parking.
• Ensure adequate parking space and manage vehicle placement.
• Coordinate with the valet driver to handle any purchased products and ensure secure placement in the VIPs car.
• Prepare the car for departure, ensuring it is dean, comfortable, and ready for a smooth exit. Provide a courteous farewell and assist with any last-minute needs.
