Description
- Greet and check in guests promptly and efficiently.
- Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and requests for information.
- Process reservations and maintain accurate records of room availability.
- Handle cash and credit transactions securely.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level:1–2 years in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits:Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Working Conditions:Fast-paced environment, may require standing for long periods.
