Patient Care Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: BGC, Taguig

Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 28,000 (depending on work experience)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with their healthcare needs, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their care journey. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients regarding appointments, inquiries, and healthcare services
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and departments to ensure timely and accurate patient care
• Maintain and update patient records with confidentiality and accuracy
• Handle patient concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalations
• Deliver a high standard of customer service in all interactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare standards

Qualifications:

• Open to all education levels
• Must have at least 6 months of work experience in a BPO company
• Preferably with healthcare experience (HMO, insurance, medical account, etc.)
• With excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Must be willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
