Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of BPO experience (International Account)
- College Graduate with or without work experience.
- Average to Good communication skills.
- Amenable to work onsite.
Responsibilities
- Provides customer support via phone and email, answering questions about insurance benefits, claims, eligibility, and provider contracts.
- Researches and resolves issues, documents interactions, and uses computer systems to track and manage customer inquiries.
- Maintains positive customer relationships, collaborates with internal teams, and meets performance goals.
