We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Waiter to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.

As a Head Waiter at Wyndell’s you will be responsible for leading a team of waiters and waitresses to ensure seamless service delivery. You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in providing top-notch service to our guests.

•  Lead a team of waiters and waitresses to ensure efficient service delivery
• Manage the front-of-house operations, including table assignments, seating, and serving
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt food delivery and quality control\
• Take orders and manage tables efficiently, ensuring that all guests are served promptly and correctly
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a high level of customer service standards, ensuring that every guest has a positive dining experience
• Manage inventory and supplies for the front-of-house area
• Assist with training new staff members and providing feedback to improve performance
• Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the al fresco dining area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• 2+ years of experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tables simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or culinary degree is an advantage
