BARTENDING

Lead and inspire the bar team: Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional service and product knowledge.
Craft exceptional cocktails: Develop and maintain a creative and innovative cocktail menu, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
Manage bar operations: Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
Maintain a vibrant atmosphere: Create a welcoming and engaging environment for guests, fostering a positive and energetic bar experience.
Ensure compliance: Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, liquor licensing laws, and company policies, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Provide exceptional customer service: Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and deliver personalized service, exceeding expectations.
Manage financial aspects: Assist with managing bar revenue, reporting sales, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
Stay up-to-date: Research and explore new cocktail trends, techniques, and ingredients to enhance the bar's offerings.

Proven experience as a Head Bartender or in a similar leadership role within the bar industry.
Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
Strong understanding of bar operations, including inventory management, cost control, and service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Passion for customer service and creating a positive and engaging bar experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to responsible alcohol service and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.
