Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must have at least a High/Senior High School diploma; a cosmetology or barber degree is preferred.
- Experience Level: Seeking a passionate individual with less than 1 year of experience, but with a strong portfolio or evidence of skill.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cutting, styling, and coloring hair. Knowledge of current fashion trends, hair care products, and styling tools.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform haircuts, styling, and color services. Provide hair care consultations. Maintain a clean and safe work station and uphold salon standards.
- Working Conditions: Full-time position in a dynamic salon environment. Must be able to work on weekends and extended hours as needed.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work well in a team. A dedication to customer satisfaction is essential.
